Terms of Reference of Board Committees

 

All Directors are members of the Audit, Management Engagement, Nomination and Valuation Committees.

 

Peter Collacott chairs the Audit Committee.

 

Andrew Barker chairs the Management Engagement and Nomination Committees.

 

The Valuation Committee does not have a standing chairman and a chairman is elected at each meeting from those present.
